What is the ECB CA Dorset?
ECB CA Dorset is a network and community of coaches which provides its members with appealing and innovative resources that supports the development of their coaching and influence on players. The outcome of these resources will impact positively on your Junior and Senior Sections of your clubs through an increased level of participation and performance. It will also ultimately support your club’s reputation within its community.
Member coaches of the local CA receive information on the current thinking and developments in the coaching world, practical coaching ideas and schemes of work, contact with likeminded people and discounted clothing and resources. Your coaches will also receive comprehensive insurance cover for cricket activities should they ever need it!
Benefits to the Club
Having your coaches as members of the CA brings benefits to the club, as outlined above but also from a point of view of safeguarding your players and coaches alike. All members of the ECB CA hold a current DBS as well as a formal ECB recognised coaching qualification.
How can you help us to support you?
We know that many of the clubs that we are working with already see the value in this, some provide the membership for the individual coaches (only £30 per annum) and others simply pass on the marketing materials.
We would like to ask you to:-
a) Print and display the poster which is attached at the bottom of the page
b) Discuss the benefits of membership with your coaches when the opportunity arises
