Ben Skipworth - Managing Director
Ben was appointed as Managing Director in October 2021.
Ben's main areas of responsibility are to ensure that the Dorset Cricket Board meets all expectations of the ECB, as well as all Dorset based clubs and players. This will include the strategic planning, the development of partnerships, financial management and the management of the Dorset Cricket Board employees.
Away from the day-to-day operations, Ben is still an active coach in the County age group pathway and is presently the Lead Coach for the County under 18 boys side.

Greg Parsons - Cricket Development Officer
Greg is responsible for coach development in the County, being the direct contact with the ECB for this. He is also responsible for providing clubs with support in their development and manages the DCB Clubmark accreditation processing, alongside being the main support for the Safe Hands Management System.
Greg is also an active coach in the County age group pathway and is presently working with the under 12 boys side.

Alan Graham - League & Competition Administrator
Alan looks after the running of the adult competitions in Dorset. This includes both all the male competition formats and the female soft ball and hard ball competitions.
Alan is still an active coach in the County age group pathway and is presently working with both the under 10 and 11 boys side.

Tracy Clark - Finance Officer
Tracy joined the team in March 2022, as the new Finance Officer.
Tracy will be responsible for the day to day running of the DCB finances and brings with her a wealth of experience in accountancy roles.

Pathway Team
Richard Scott - Head of Performance Cricket - Boys
Richard Scott is responsible for the delivery of the County boys pathway. He has overall control of the the programme from under 10s to under 18s. Richard manages the delivery of the DCB Emerging Players Programme to ensure we continue to deliver cricketers into the First class county academies and our own NCCA team. as part of the role he also is our main contact with our neighbouring First class counties.
Richard is currently the Lead Coach for the under 13 boys side.

Rob Newton - Head of Performance Pathway - Women and Girls
Rob is the main contact with the franchise structure currently in the Ladies game. He is responsible for the overall delivery of our County age group pathway for girls and is also responsible for the management of the girls Emerging Players Programme.
Rob is currently the Lead Coach for the under 18 girls side.

Ken has been around Dorset cricket for a number of years now and his present role is to support the Heads of Pathway in delivering a successful County programme.

Mel Bailey-Ryall - Community Team Manager
Mel joined as a full-time member of staff in April 2022, having previously worked for us on a casual basis. Her role will be to inspire all young cricketers to take up the game long-term and will be in charge of the Community team staff to achieve this. The day-to-day responsibility will be a mixture of management tasks, including the ongoing development of staff, as well as delivering engaging sessions within the school and club environments.
Mel works with the County under 15 girls at weekends.

Izy Ford - Community Officer - North
Izy joined the staff in January 2022 and is responsible for the delivery of school coaching sessions within the Chance to Shine environment. Outside the schools, Izy will work alongside the North Dorset located clubs to ensure they continue to flourish and will also be behind any DCB summer cricketing opportunities provided in the north of the county.
Izy also coaches in North Dorset to develop players in that area.

Disability Participation Team
Rob Newton - Disability Development Officer
2022 sees the Dorset Cricket Board install a dedicated officer for Disability cricket in the County. Rob has worked as a coach with the Disability County team and at the disability hub at Broadstone for a number of years now. He has been the Lead Officer in the delivery of table cricket too. His role will be focussed on establishing opportunities for disabled cricketers in Dorset and to develop the competitive game too.

Josh Courtenay - Community Officer - Disability
Josh joins the staff as a Community Officer dedicated to our disability cricket operations. He will work alongside Rob but will be focussed on the delivery of table cricket and cricket sessions at venues within Dorset primarily.
Josh is also the Lead Coach for the Girls under 11 team.
