Dorset Cricket Ltd. will provide a single point of contact for reporting any issues or concerns.
The central email address is support@dorsetcricketboard.co.uk which will be copied to 3 individuals the County Board Chairman, Lead Development Officer and County Board administration officer.
When received, the issue will be acknowledged and sent to the appropriate group or person for resolution:
• The Dorset Cricket League committee have a mechanism and protocol for reporting issues arising from league matches and resolving them.
• Welfare issues have a separate reporting mechanism.
• Whistleblowing has a separate mechanism for resolution.
If it is not any of the above categories then, in the first instance the Director of Cricket Development will resolve the issue or appoint the appropriate person (e.g. the Performance Head coach) to resolve the issue.
If the Director of Cricket Development is not available or is not the appropriate person to resolve the issue, then the chairman of Dorset Cricket Ltd. will handle the issue.
