Club Development
Dealing with the Clubs in the County is by far and away the single biggest issue that Dorset Cricket Board has to address every single day - and often night as well.
There are many, many issues facing Clubs today, especially as they try to develop and embrace modern standards. Some of those issues include Clubmark accreditation, equity in the game, development planning, NatWest Cricket Force, volunteers, ECB Focus Club status, the issue of insurances, child welfare, Community Amateur Sports Club status to name but a few.
Dorset Cricket Board exists to help Clubs with any queries they may have about the game they play. This website has been designed to help you get answers to your questions and we hope that you will be able to do so from here.
If you can’t find the information you are looking for to answer the questions you have on behalf of your Club, please do let us know by using the contact form.
We will respond as soon as we possibly can.
Our own list of documents that you will need to get you started with Clubmark, or keep up to date with ECB requirements and Regulations.
